Installing Agents
To install a new System Agent - click on Install Agent, save the File and run it. The Installer will indicate that its finished.

 

Remote Support
Prior to using our remote support service you must contact one of our service technicians to assist you.

After an appointment has been setup a Quick Connection can be made by clicking the Quick Connect link. Download the file and execute it. A window will popup explaining the status of your connection. In a few moments a technician will connect to your computer and begin working on your issue. When the technician is done you may close the connection window to end remote access to your machine.
